Powder is the tritagonist in the Season 2 episode Pretend Like It's the First Time in the Netflix's animated series Arcane. She is an alternate universe version of Jinx who lives in a world where things transpired differently from the regular timeline.
In this world, Powder lost her older sister Vi during the heist in which she stole several hexcubes. Due to this and many other reasons, Powder never ended up becoming like the version of herself in the main timeline.
She is voiced by Ella Purnell who also voices the main timeline version of Jinx as well as Gwyndala in Star Trek: Prodigy and portrays Lucy MacLean in Fallout. As a child, she's voiced by Mia Sinclair Jenness.

Biography[]
Background[]
Powder's childhood is presumed to be mostly the same as her main universe counterpart. In this universe however, Vi perishes in the heist in Jayce's apartment that resulted in Powder discovering the hexcubes. Due to Vi's death (and presumably the death of Jayce and/or Caitlyn due to their proximity to the explosion) as well as a much more united Zaun due to Silco and Vander setting apart their differences, change was able to be achieved and Zaun seemingly earned it's independence quite a bit earlier than in the original timeline.
In this universe, Mylo and Claggor remain alive and Powder seems to have put her differences with Mylo aside. Vander and Silco appear to have co-parented the group as well. She also is in a romantic relationship with her universe's version of Ekko.
Appearance[]
As a child, Powder resembles how her main universe counterpart appears. She had short bright blue hair with blue eyes and had small braids at the back of her head. She wore a blue short sleeved shirt over a pink and purple striped shirt. She had long bracelets and wore a belt.
As an adult, Powder has medium length blue hair that she often puts into two bunny style buns or lets flow down her shoulders. She usually wears a vest, pants and boots and is usually covered in soot from her inventions. At the dance, she wears a white dress, gray boots and a black leather jacket.
Personality[]
Due to never going through the guilt of blaming herself for Mylo, Claggor and Vander's deaths, Powder's personality remains a lot more positive and optimistic. In this timeline she never has to resort to violence and is surrounded by a much stronger support system in the form of her two adoptive fathers, adoptive brothers and her boyfriend Ekko. She's still implied to suffer from her main universe counterpart's mental conditions but due to her healthier and stronger support system. Powder never has to struggle with it alone resulting in her being far more well adjusted.
